Cricketer Rizwan offers Namaz on US street; video goes viral

Muhammad Rizwan, a prominent Pakistani cricketer, is currently in the United States with his teammate and captain, Babar Azam. Both Babar and Rizwan recently had the opportunity to participate in the executive education program at Harvard Business School, focusing on The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS). They attended classes at the prestigious Harvard Business School campus in Boston, Massachusetts from May 31 to June 3.

Even after the program concluded, Rizwan decided to stay in Boston for some additional time. During this period, an incident involving Rizwan caught the attention of social media users, leading to a variety of reactions. A video surfaced showing Rizwan praying on the streets of Boston.

Babar and Rizwan now join a long list of renowned athletes who have previously taken part in this famous course, including Kaka, Edwin van der Sar, Gerard Piqué, Oliver Kahn, Brandon Marshall from the NFL, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade from the NBA’s Miami Heat, Alex Rodriguez from Major League Baseball, and NBA stars Dirk Nowitzki, Chris Paul, and Pau Gasol, among others.

Following the completion of the program, Babar and Rizwan plan to engage with various communities in the United States until June 13, expanding their experiences beyond the academic setting.

A few days ago, Rizwan took to Twitter to express his prayers for the individuals affected by the train accident in Odisha, India. He emphasized the pain caused by the loss of human lives and extended his heartfelt sympathies to those affected.
