ED raids Sena leader Anil Parab’s premises
The ED officials reached this morning at Parab’s family and official residence in Mumbai.
Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday raided seven premises of Maharashtra Transport Minister and Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab in a money laundering case.
The ED officials reached this morning at Parab’s family and official residence in Mumbai.
The probe agency teams searched over half a dozen locations in Mumbai, Ratnagiri, Pune, including Parab’s official bungalow.
The action follows a complaint lodged by the agency in an alleged money-laundering case against Parab.
Parab is the second sitting Minister of the Uddhav Thackeray-led-Maha Vikas Aghadi government who has been targetted by central probe agencies.
Earlier in February, Nationalist Congress Party Minister Nawab Malik had also been raided and is currently in jail.
