Hyderabad: Wife dies, husband injured in a tragic accident on their wedding anniversary
The couple along with their son Bunny went to a temple near Chandanagar and met with the accident while they were returning home.
Hyderabad: A woman was killed in an accident on a day when she was celebrating her marriage anniversary. Her husband and son escaped with injuries. The accident occurred when their motorbike was hit by an RTC bus at Chandanagar on Thursday.
The family met with the accident after they were returning home to Velimala near Tellapur after a visit to the temple. Times of India reported.
The bus of Cantonment depot rammed the bike around 4.30 pm on June 9 which was the day of the marriage anniversary of Prabhakar and Prasanna, the deceased. The couple along with their son Bunny went to a temple near Chandanagar and met with the accident while they were returning home.
26-year-old, Prasanna died on the spot, while Prabhakar and Bunny received injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital.
A case has been registered under IPC sections of causing death due to rash or negligent act and causing injuries due to rash or negligent act against the bus driver and he has been reportedly taken into custody.
