Kolkata: Delhi Capitals posted a strong total of 203/5 against Kolkata Knight Riders in their final Indian Premier League match of the season in Kolkata on Sunday. Senior batter KL Rahul top-scored with a quick 60 off 30 balls, while captain Axar Patel contributed 39 runs off 25 deliveries after Delhi Capitals were sent in to bat first.

KL Rahul Leads Delhi Capitals Innings Against KKR

After being asked to bat first by Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Capitals scored 203 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs.

Senior batter KL Rahul played the leading role with an attacking innings of 60 runs off just 30 balls.

His aggressive knock helped Delhi Capitals cross the 200-run mark in their final league match of the IPL season.

Axar Patel Chips in With 39 Runs

Delhi Capitals captain Axar Patel also made an important contribution with the bat.

The all-rounder scored 39 runs from 25 deliveries to strengthen the innings after Delhi Capitals were put into bat.

The IPL match between Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders is being played in Kolkata on Sunday.
