Muskan who shouted Allahu Akbar gets a reward of Rs 5 lakh

Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind stated that Muskan is an inspiration for other girls of the country to fight for their rights

Bengaluru: Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind has announced a reward of Rs 5 lakh to Muskan Khan, daughter of Mohammed Hussain Khan who shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ and bravely confronted the boys when they tried to heckle her for wearing a hijab.

Congratulating Muskan Khan, President Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, Maulana Mahmood Asad Madani told that the B.Com student of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College, Udupi has given a message that no one can crush justice and truth.

Issuing a press release Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind stated that Muskan is an inspiration for other girls of the country to fight for their rights. And she has taught them to protect their faith.

Talking to Muskan’s parents, general secretary Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind Maulana Hakimuddin Qasmi assured them that Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind stands with them.

The hijab vs saffron protests intensified in Karnataka on Tuesday. Amid protests, a hijab-wearing student Muskan in Mandya stood up against a group of boys who were wearing saffron shawls.

The girl was surrounded by saffron shawl wearing boys who were chanting ‘Jai Sri Ram’. The girl responded by shouting ‘Allah-u-Akbar’. She also defended her right to wear hijab.
