Karnataka youth runs over girl with his car
Haasan: Karnataka Police arrested a spurned lover who ran over the girl with his car.
After investigation it was found out that when the girl rejected his proposal, the accused ran her over with his car and tried to show it a road accident.
According to the police, GR Bharat, a resident of Skalishpur, hit Shrenia from behind on August 3 while she was walking on the road.
The car also hit a goods auto, two motorcycles and a bus.
The accused left the vehicle there and fled. Shranya succumbed to injuries at the hospital the next day. Her parents filed a complaint in this regard.
In the initial investigation, it was suspected to be a road accident or a hit-and-run case.
The accused then planned to kill her and hired a car from Mysore to kill her on the pretext of a road accident. After hitting Shranya, the vehicle went out of control and caused a series of accidents.
