An FIR has been registered in GRP police station Gaya for creating nuisance and obstructing passengers and government officials.

The accused were identified as Amit Kumar and Avinash Kumar, both residents of the city’s Tikari area.

While one was shooting the video, the other was dancing to a lod Bhojpuri song on platform 3.

“They (accused) were creating nuisance and obstructing passengers and railway staff at a time when the New Delhi-bound 12397 Mahabodhi Express was scheduled to depart on Wednesday evening. Due to the music and dance, people were distracted,” said an RPF officer.

“When we asked for the permission letter for making videos on the platform, they failed to provide us with one. We also asked them to show platform tickets which they did not carry. Hence, we took them into custody and lodged an FIR in GRP railway station of Gaya. Further legal action is underway,” he said.
