TSRTC bus conductor attempts to set ablaze himself
A 24-year-old conductor of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) attempted to commit suicide by pouring petrol on his body and set ablaze himself at bus Depot, Narsapur in this district on Monday.

According to police, Saiteja is working as a bus conductor. He was appointed to this post when his father died due to ill health. Saiteja is not performing duty well by being addicted to alcohol. His mother shouted at him for not attending duty regularly today.
Disturbed Saiteja took extreme steps by pouring petrol on his body and set ablaze himself before the bus depo. Alerted security guards doused the flames and shifted him to Government hospital, Sangareddy.
The doctors who attended him said that Saiteja’s health condition is stable.
A case has been registered and an investigation is underway, police added.
