Doctor’s concocted story of ‘sar tan se juda’ threat exposed by the police

A doctor from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh had created a stir across the country a few days ago, saying that he had received a ‘beheading’ threat. He had alleged that he received ‘sar tan se juda’ threat for supporting Hindu organisations.

For his story, this person was on different TV channels throughout the day. Now the Ghaziabad police found out that he lodged a fake complaint to get publicity.

In fact, a call from a patient was described by him as a threatening call. Ghaziabad police exposed Dr. Arvind and registered a case against him for misleading the police by filing a false case.

He has been booked for lodging a false complaint to “gain publicity”.

While the police raided his house and clinic, the accused doctor, Dr Arvind Vats Akela is absconding. A case has been registered against Vats under Section 182 (false information with intent to cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person) of the Indian Penal Code.

During the inquiry, police found that the calls were made to him by one of his patients just to share his medical condition and that the caller did not give any threat.
