Pakistani currency note found in temple donation box with threats issued on it

Amritsar: A Pakistani currency note was recovered in a donation box of a temple. The Pakistani note which demanded extortion of 5 lakhs, threatened to kill the priest and blow up the temple was recovered from the donation box of Shri Rambala ji Dham, located in Chheharta.

Pakistani note had threats written on it, issued to blow up the temple and kill the temple priest if the extortion is not paid.

The priest of the temple Sri Sri Mahamandaleshwar Ashneel Ji Maharaj has received such threats earlier as well.

In the Punjabi it was written, ‘Baba Ashneel, you have collected a lot of ‘maya’. We are in dire need of ‘maya’. There is no one to save you on the way to your house. You will soon get to know. You keep 5 lakh ready.’
