The event took place at Gokaraju Rangaraju Engineering College in Bachupally, Hyderabad, on October 29, 2023.

The closing ceremony featured Chief Guest Dr. J.N. Murthy, Director of Gokaraju Rangaraju Engineering College, along with Dr. Vinay Kumar, Dean of Students Affairs at Gokaraju Rangaraju Engineering College, and Ch.S.V. Krishna from the ACP Admin of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, who joined the winners and runners in celebrating the Chess Tournament 2023.
