Kishan Reddy expresses loyalty to party, says never asked anything from High Command

Kishan Reddy further emphasised, "I have never asked anything from the party thus far. The party has graciously bestowed upon me everything I have received. I am prepared to shoulder any responsibility entrusted to me by the party".

Hyderabad/New Delhi: Union Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy has affirmed his unwavering loyalty to the party.

Speaking to the media in New Delhi on Wednesday, Kishan Reddy, who was recently appointed as the Telangana BJP Chief by BJP National President JP Nadda, stated that he is a disciplined party worker and will abide by the decisions of the high command.

Reddy further emphasised, “I have never asked anything from the party thus far. The party has graciously bestowed upon me everything I have received. I am prepared to shoulder any responsibility entrusted to me by the party”.

He clarified that he will assume office as Telangana BJP President following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit on July 8.

Regarding his position in the Union Ministry, Reddy expressed his willingness to comply with the high command’s decision.

It has been reported that Kishan Reddy did not attend the cabinet meeting and remained at his residence in New Delhi.

Meanwhile Kishan Reddy arrived in Hyderabad this evening and convening a meeting with party leaders to discuss Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit.

He will also be visiting Warangal on Thursday morning and will stay there until July 8, according to sources.
