Telangana CM casts his vote in Presidential election

A majority of 119 MLAs, including Ministers who constitute the electoral college for the polling have already cast their votes.

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has exercised his franchise in the Presidential election, polling for which was underway in the committee hall of the Assembly premises here on Monday.

One MLA from Kandulur constituency in Andhra Pradesh cast his vote in Hyderabad.
All the MLAs, barring the three BJP MLAs, have pledged their support to the combined opposition candidate Yashwant Sinha.
The ruling TRS has 103 MLAs while the Congress has six MLAs and Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen seven members in the Assembly.
The BJP has fielded Draupadi Murmu as the NDA Candidate.
