SkyLord YouTuber Abhiyuday Mishra dies in road accident

Mishra has 1.49 million on YouTube and 353 k subscribers Instagram.

Bhopal: Popularly known as SkyLord, YouTuber Abhiyuday Mishra died after receiving severe injuries in a road accident during a biking tour on Monday.

According to sources, Abhiyuday, who was on an “MP Tourism Riding Tour”, was rammed by a truck near Sohagpur on the Narmadapuram-Pipariya state highway. The incident took place on Sunday afternoon at around 2 pm when Mishra along with other bikers was on the ‘Riders in the wild’ journey. The journey which was flagged off on September 21 from Khajuraho was sponsored by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board.

A native of Indore, Mishra has 1.49 million on YouTube and 353 k subscribers Instagram.

Scheduled to cover four tiger reserves and popular tourist spots like Khajuraho, Amarkantak, Panarpani, and Bhopal, the biking event was scheduled to end on September 27 on the occasion of World Tourism Day, a day after his death.

The mishap occurred when the bikers group reached Pachmarhi and was heading towards Madhai. A truck coming from the direction of Pipariya rammed into the YouTuber from the back near Sohagpur town on the Narmadapuram-Pipariya highway.

Mishra was critically injured in the accident and was immediately rushed to a nearby Community Health Center (CHC). As his health condition deteriorated, he was shifted to Narmadapuram. Later he succumbed to injuries while being transported to Bansal Hospital in Bhopal.
