Hyderabad: Aerovacare, a medical organisation and NGO, was formally launched on Wednesday with a mission to build a world free from tuberculosis (TB). The organisation has partnered with the Transforming Tomorrow Foundation (TTF) to strengthen community health systems, accelerate early detection, and expand access to TB care across underserved regions.
Aerovacare has already been working with the Indian Red Cross Society, Telangana, supporting community health programmes, critical-care transport, volunteer training and emergency medical response. Under the new partnership, Aerovacare and TTF will roll out enhanced TB-focused initiatives, including early diagnosis drives in rural areas, technology-driven treatment adherence solutions, and training for community health workers.

“The fight against tuberculosis demands both heart and innovation,” said Srikshita Solipuram, Co-founder of Aerovacare. Co-founder Maya Chitor added that the partnership reflects a shared commitment to ensuring “no one is left behind in the pursuit of health and hope.”
Representing TTF, A.S. Ponnanna, MLA and Legal Advisor to the Karnataka Chief Minister, said access to healthcare must not depend on income. “Tuberculosis is curable, but ignorance and inaccessibility keep it alive. With Aerovacare’s partnership, TTF can reach deeper into underserved areas, bringing not only treatment but awareness—because healing starts with knowledge,” he said.
Dr. Hema Bharagava, pediatric cardiologist, Sacramento, said Aerovacare is dedicated to advancing specialized TB prevention and management strategies.
Sachin Vaidya, Strategic Advisor at MediElaj, highlighted the role of collaborative innovation, citing MediElaj’s AI-based diagnostic tool that supports instant diagnosis and guided treatment.
Built on compassion, scientific rigor and community empowerment, Aerovacare positions itself not just as a healthcare provider but a movement focused on equitable, accessible and humane care. The organisation aims to help eradicate TB within this generation through awareness, capacity building and technology-enabled care solutions.
