New Delhi: The Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, in conjunction with the Haj Committee of India, has officially announced the commencement of the application process for Haj 1445 (H)-2024 (C.E.).
This significant development comes in alignment with the recently released Haj Policy-2023, as outlined in the Ministry of Minority Affairs dated 29.11.2023.
Starting from December 4, 2023, the online application process for Haj-2024 will be facilitated through the Haj Committee of India’s website http://haicommittee.gov.in and the android mobile app “Haj Suvidha.” The application window is set to close on December 20, 2023.
Prospective applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly review the provided Guidelines/Undertaking before completing the Haj Application Forms.
A crucial requirement for eligibility is a machine-readable, valid Indian International Passport issued before the application deadline and valid until January 31, 2025.
As the Haj Committee of India opens the doors for applications, it marks a crucial step in the preparations for Haj 2024, ensuring a streamlined and accessible process for interested pilgrims.
The Ministry urges all potential applicants to adhere to the stipulated guidelines and submit their applications within the designated timeframe.
