The incident occurred on the busy route connecting Dairy Farm to Mehdipatnam, where a few youths engaged in reckless behavior on the road.

According to eyewitness accounts, several young men riding bikes without number plates sped through the area while another youth rode a horse on the main road, creating chaos for passing motorists. Their disruptive activities triggered fear and anger among local residents.
