First Haj Training Camp for 2026 Pilgrims to Be Held on January 25 in Hyderabad

The first Haj Training Camp for 2026 pilgrims will be held on January 25 in Hyderabad, with over 4,000 pilgrims expected to attend the full-day programme.

The first Haj Training Camp for intending pilgrims for Haj 2026 will be conducted on January 25 (Sunday) in Hyderabad. The full-day programme will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and is expected to see the participation of more than 4,000 Haj pilgrims.

The camp will be held at Hi-Tech Garden Function Hall and A1 Palace Function Hall, located near Golnaka New Bridge, Moosarambagh, New Wahed Nagar, Old Malakpet.

Inauguration by Minority Welfare Minister

The training camp will be formally inaugurated at 10:30 am by Mohammed Azharuddin, Minister for Minorities Welfare and Public Enterprises, along with Syed Ghulam Afzal Biabani, Chairman of the Telangana State Haj Committee.

Several senior dignitaries are also expected to attend the programme, including:

  • Government Advisor Shabbir Ali
  • Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs)
  • Members of Legislative Council (MLCs)
  • Senior government officials

Focus on Haj Rituals and Travel Guidance

The Haj Training Camp is aimed at preparing pilgrims for the sacred journey by providing clear guidance on:

  • Haj rituals and religious obligations
  • Travel procedures and logistics
  • Health, safety, and accommodation guidelines
  • Do’s and don’ts during Haj

Officials said the training will help pilgrims perform Haj with confidence, discipline, and spiritual clarity.

Smooth and Spiritually Fulfilling Haj Journey

The Telangana State Haj Committee stated that such training camps play a crucial role in ensuring that pilgrims are well-informed and well-prepared before travelling to Saudi Arabia.

More Haj training camps are expected to be organised in the coming weeks as part of the preparations for Haj 2026.

Strong Participation Expected

With thousands of pilgrims registering for Haj this year, authorities are expecting a large turnout at the January 25 camp and have made arrangements to manage the crowd and ensure smooth conduct of the programme.
