Telangana Tragedy: Six-Year-Old Boy Killed, Three Seriously Injured as Two Bikes Crushed

A six-year-old boy was killed and three others were seriously injured in a road accident near Vikarabad after two motorcycles were crushed. Police say drunk driving and a sudden turn caused the tragedy.

A heartbreaking road accident near Vikarabad has resulted in the death of a six-year-old boy, while three others sustained serious injuries. The incident occurred when two motorcycles were hit during a dangerous maneuver on the road, leading to a devastating crash.

The deceased child has been identified as Rithwik (6). Locals described the condition of the two bikes as completely crushed due to the impact.

Two Motorcycles Crushed in the Impact

According to preliminary information, the accident happened due to a sudden full turn taken on the road. At the same time, the truck driver was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, which worsened the situation and led to the fatal collision.

Key details of the accident include:

The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police Rush to Accident Spot

Vikarabad police reached the accident location soon after receiving information. Traffic was briefly disrupted as police cleared the damaged vehicles and began their investigation.

Speaking to the media, the Vikarabad CI confirmed that drunk driving and unsafe turning were the primary reasons behind the accident. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.

Demand for Strict Action Against Drunk Driving

The tragic death of the six-year-old boy has sparked anger and grief among local residents. Many demanded strict action against drunk driving and better monitoring of heavy vehicles near residential and busy road areas around Vikarabad.

Police have assured that all legal steps will be taken against those responsible.
