Rowdy Sheeter Ayub Khan Booked in Cheating and Threatening Case at Shahalibanda PS

Crime No. 47/2026 has been registered at Shahalibanda PS against accused rowdy sheeter Ayub Khan and Mohd. Farooq, resident of Kummarwadi.

As per the complaint, the victim was induced into a business partnership during 2024 and invested ₹4,70,000/-. It is alleged that the accused misappropriated the profits and subsequently obtained gold ornaments (approximately 6 tolas) from the complainant on the pretext of clearing debts, which were later mortgaged and not returned.

Further, in January 2025, when the complainant sought settlement of his dues, Ayub Khan allegedly intervened, criminally intimidated him, and threatened him with dire consequences if he approached the police. Due to fear, the complainant did not lodge a complaint earlier and has now come forward to report the matter.

Ayub Khan is a notorious rowdy sheeter involved 79 cases. Special teams have been deployed to apprehend him.

The DCP Charminar Sri. Kiran Khare has made it clear that there will be zero tolerance against rowdyism, intimidation, extortion, and organised threats in Charminar Zone. Any attempt by rowdy sheeters to misuse fear or influence will be dealt with firmly and strictly under law.
The public is strongly urged to come forward and share credible information regarding the whereabouts and activities of Ayub Khan. Information can be shared confidentially with Shahalibanda PS. Identity of informants will be kept strictly confidential.
