Hyderabad: 63 Police Inspectors Transferred in Administrative Reshuffle

According to the official orders, several officers who were serving in the Special Branch have been reassigned as Station House Officers (SHOs) at various police stations across the city.

Hyderabad: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Hyderabad City Police has transferred 63 Inspectors with immediate effect.

Orders to this effect were issued by the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner, directing all concerned officers to report to their new postings without delay.

According to the official orders, several officers who were serving in the Special Branch have been reassigned as Station House Officers (SHOs) at various police stations across the city.

In addition, fresh postings have been made in key wings including the Task Force, Traffic Branch, Cyber Crime, Central Crime Station (CCS), IT Cell, Bharosa Centre, She Teams, Juvenile Bureau, and PCR Zones.

Officers who were on the waiting list at the Commissioner’s office have also been deployed to important departments as part of the restructuring exercise.

The move is being seen as an effort to streamline operations, strengthen the administrative framework, and enhance overall efficiency within the Hyderabad City Police.

Officials stated that all transferred inspectors have been instructed to assume charge at their respective new places of posting immediately.
