Hyderabad: In a tragic incident reported from Chennur town in Mancherial district of Telangana, a 24-year-old youth allegedly died by suicide after failing to secure a government job despite years of preparation and effort.
According to police, the deceased, identified as Kiran, a resident of Kota Boguda Colony, consumed pesticide on February 19, reportedly distressed over unemployment and repeated setbacks in competitive examinations. He was immediately shifted to a hospital in Mancherial, where he succumbed while undergoing treatment.

Based on a complaint lodged by his brother, Kiran had long aspired to obtain a government job. In pursuit of his goal, he had reportedly spent a substantial amount on special coaching for Group-IV examinations in Hyderabad.
After completing his graduation, he appeared for several competitive exams but was unable to achieve the desired results.
Family members stated that he had been under severe mental stress and depression due to continued failures and lack of employment opportunities.
Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
