Intense rain was recorded in key areas including Secunderabad, Basheer Bagh, Alwal, Jubilee Hills, Panjagutta, Manikonda, and several localities in the Old City.
As a precautionary measure amid heavy rain and gusty winds, power supply was temporarily suspended in multiple areas to prevent electrical hazards. As a result, many residents had to spend the night in darkness. Several citizens complained that electricity remained disrupted even during the pre-dawn hours, forcing them to prepare and partake in their early morning meals without power.

Despite the inconvenience, the rainfall brought much-needed relief from prevailing weather conditions, and a noticeable drop in temperature was observed on Tuesday morning.
The impact of the rain was not limited to Hyderabad alone. Several districts across Telangana also received showers. In Jagtial district, intermittent rainfall was reported through the night, affecting normal life in parts of the region.
Authorities are monitoring the situation, and restoration works were reportedly taken up in affected areas to normalize services.
