According to information obtained by Munsif News 24×7, the deceased has been identified as Gautham Kumar, a resident within the limits of the Chatrinaka Police Station in the Old City area of Hyderabad.
Youth Missing Since March 4
Family members had earlier approached the Chatrinaka Police Station and filed a complaint stating that Gautham Kumar had gone missing on March 4. Despite efforts by relatives and locals to locate him, there was no information about his whereabouts for several days.
The missing complaint prompted police to begin inquiries in the surrounding areas of Hyderabad Old City.
Body Found in Well Near Rajanna Bavi
The case took a shocking turn on Saturday night when local residents noticed an unidentified body floating in Pulamma Bavi near Rajanna Bavi and immediately informed the Chatrinaka police.
Police personnel rushed to the spot and, with the assistance of the Tank Bund Shiva team, carried out an operation to retrieve the body from the well.
After the body was recovered, it was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for post-mortem examination.

Police officials have registered a case and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Gautham Kumar, whose body was found in the well in Hyderabad Old City.
