On election strategy, K. T. Rama Rao said the party will focus on:

- Strategic decisions in ticket allocation
- Possible leadership changes in the Godavari belt to improve prospects

KTR acknowledged certain gaps during the previous BRS government tenure:
- Lack of effective coordination with grassroots leaders
- Issues with engagement of cadre, sarpanches, MPTCs, and mandal-level leaders
- Absence of a comprehensive Gulf policy despite large migrant workforce
Criticism of Congress Government Led by Revanth Reddy
Launching an attack on the current government led by Revanth Reddy, KTR alleged:
- Poor implementation of Rythu Bandhu scheme
- Delays in farm loan waiver
- Issues in fee reimbursement for students
He claimed that these issues have led to declining public confidence.
