SIR 2026 in Telangana: How to Submit Your Enumeration Form Online Through Voters’ Service Portal, Here’s Step-by-Step Process

SIR 2026 Enumeration Forms can now be submitted online through the Voters' Service Portal from June 25 to July 24, 2026. No documents are required during the Enumeration Phase.

As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026, electors can now conveniently submit their Enumeration Forms online through the Voters’ Service Portal. The Election Commission has enabled the online submission facility to make the enumeration process easier and more accessible for voters.

The online submission facility is available from June 25, 2026, to July 24, 2026. Citizens may choose either the online or offline mode for submitting their Enumeration Forms. The SIR-2026 process is currently underway.

How to Submit SIR 2026 Enumeration Forms Online

Electors can complete the online submission process by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Voters’ Service Portal

Voters must visit the Voters’ Service Portal at: https://voters.eci.gov.in

They need to log in using their registered mobile number and complete OTP verification to access the portal.

Step 2: Click on “Fill Enumeration Form”

After logging in, electors should select the “Fill Enumeration Form” option available on the dashboard.

Step 3: Verify Electoral Roll Details

Voters are required to verify the details available in the Electoral Roll, including:

  • Name
  • EPIC Number
  • Aadhaar (if linked)
  • Other personal particulars

Step 4: Complete and E-Sign the Form

Electors should complete the Enumeration Form, verify all information entered, and e-sign the form.

Step 5: Submit Through OTP Authentication

The completed form can then be submitted online through OTP authentication.

According to the Election Commission, once submitted, the Enumeration Form will be recorded in the system for the SIR-2026 process.

Acknowledgement Must Be Shared with Booth Level Officer

After successful online submission, voters are advised to keep the acknowledgement ready.

The acknowledgement should be shared with the concerned Booth Level Officer (BLO) during the verification process.

Online Submission Available Till July 24, 2026

The Election Commission has specified that the online submission facility will remain available from:

  • Start Date: June 25, 2026
  • Last Date: July 24, 2026

Electors are encouraged to complete the process within the stipulated timeline.

BLOs Will Continue Household Visits

As part of the SIR-2026 exercise, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will continue visiting households to distribute and collect Enumeration Forms.

Citizens can choose either:

  • Online mode
  • Offline mode

for submitting their forms.

No Documents Required During Enumeration Phase

The Election Commission has clarified that:

This provision is intended to simplify the process and encourage wider participation in the revision exercise.
