12.7 lakh applications received for 17 thousand posts in police department
According to the sources about 2.8 lakh applications were received from the women candidates.
Hyderabad: About 12.7 lakh unemployed youths in the State of Telangana have given the application called by the Telangana State Police Recruitment Board for job vacancies in various police departments. Applications were received from May 2 and ended on Thursday.
The Police Recruitment Board has issued notifications for over 17,000 posts of sub-inspectors and constables in the police, special protection force, fire department, jails department, transport and excise departments across Telangana.
According to the sources about 2.8 lakh applications were received from the women candidates.
