AP: Student killed after speeding lorry knocks down his motorcycle
A 18-year-old student was killed when the motorcycle he was riding was knocked down by a speeding lorry along the Mandapet- Dwarapudi road, 50 kms from here on Thursday.
Kakinada: A 18-year-old student was killed when the motorcycle he was riding was knocked down by a speeding lorry along the Mandapet- Dwarapudi road, 50 kms from here on Thursday.
Police said the deceased, an intermediate student of a private college in Mandapet, was identified as Padala Akhil.
The accident occurred when Akhil was returning home at nearby Angara village. The body was shifted to Area hospital in Ramachandrapuram for postmortem, police added.
A case was registered, and an investigation is underway.
