BRSV Protest at OU Arts College
Members of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi Vibhagam (BRSV) strongly condemned the issuance of notices to K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) in the phone tapping case. Raising slogans, the students accused the Congress government of targeting the former CM for political reasons.
As part of the protest, BRSV leaders set fire to the effigy of CM Revanth Reddy, leading to heightened tension on the university campus.
Police Intervene, Students Detained
Police personnel present at the spot immediately intervened to stop the protest. BRSV leaders were detained and shifted to the police station to prevent any further disturbance on the campus.
