Girls Outperform Boys by Over 5% in CBSE 12th Results
Girls have once again outperformed boys in the Class 12 exams. Here’s the gender-wise pass percentage:
- Girls: 91.64%
- Boys: 85.70%
- Transgender candidates: 100% (up from 50% last year)
The remarkable jump in transgender candidates’ performance has drawn attention and appreciation nationwide.

Over 1.11 Lakh Students Score Above 90%, Nearly 25,000 Above 95%

- 1,11,544 candidates scored above 90% marks
- 24,867 candidates scored above 95% marks

More Than 1.29 Lakh Students Placed in Compartment
Despite the high pass rate, a significant number of students have been placed in the compartment category:
- 1,29,000+ students will need to reappear for one or more subjects in the compartment exams
