The state-organised Dawat-e-Iftar event during the holy month of Ramzan witnessed the presence of thousands of fasting devotees, religious scholars, political leaders and community representatives.
The gathering reflected the values of brotherhood, compassion and social harmony, which are central to the holy month of Ramzan.
CM Revanth Reddy Calls for Unity and Brotherhood
Addressing the large gathering at the Grand Dawat-e-Iftar at LB Stadium, CM Revanth Reddy emphasised that Ramzan is a month that reminds people about compassion, service and unity among communities.
He said Ramzan teaches society to:

- Help people in need
- Promote peace and brotherhood among all religions
The Chief Minister also urged citizens not to fall into divisions created by those who try to disturb communal harmony, and instead work together for the progress of Telangana.

- Appointment of boxing champion Nikhat Zareen as DSP
- Financial assistance of ₹2 crore provided to support Nikhat Zareen’s training
These efforts, he said, encourage young talent and bring pride to Telangana.
