- 12 offenders: 301 mg/100 ml to 550 mg/100 ml

Cyberabad Police reiterated that driving under the influence of alcohol is a serious offence. If an intoxicated driver causes a fatal accident, they can be booked under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, which carries:

- Monetary fine
Court Disposals in Recent Cases
In recent enforcement outcomes:
- 236 cases were disposed in courts
- 9 offenders received jail and fine
- 6 offenders were assigned social service
- 221 offenders paid fines
