Cyberabad Police arrested three accused in a fake Government Order and illegal land deal case involving 10 acres of Government land in Gandipet. The land was allegedly being sold at ₹3.5 crore per acre.

Cyberabad Police have busted a fake Government Order (Fake GO) and illegal land deal racket in Narsingi Police Station limits and arrested three accused who allegedly attempted to sell 10 acres of Government land at the rate of ₹3.5 crore per acre by falsely claiming ownership rights over the property.

The case was registered based on a complaint filed by the Gandipet Tahsildar regarding forged Government Orders and fabricated documents allegedly used to misrepresent Government land in Survey No.18 of Gandipet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as privately owned land.

Fake Government Orders Circulated on Social Media

According to the complaint, fake and fabricated Government Orders (G.Os.) were created and circulated through WhatsApp groups and other social media platforms.

The forged documents falsely portrayed that Government land situated in Survey No.18 of Gandipet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District had been regularized and allotted in favour of private individuals.

Police said the forged records included five fake copies of Government Orders.

Based on the complaint, a case was registered as Crime No. 990/2026 at Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, and an investigation was launched.

to sell the Government land at the rate of ₹3.5 crore per acre by falsely representing themselves as absolute owners.

Police said Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) were executed between members of the Nimmala family and Bolla Ramesh and Brahma Naidu.
