According to officials, the fire was noticed by local residents who immediately alerted the fire department. Fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and managed to bring the flames under control after a prolonged effort.
Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident. However, authorities estimate that the fire caused property damage worth approximately ₹8 lakh.
