On April 1, oil companies announced a significant price reduction in commercial LPG cylinders across India. The price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has been slashed by ₹41, bringing relief to businesses. This change was officially announced as part of the monthly price revision by oil companies.

New LPG Cylinder Prices in Major Cities
As per the latest revision, here’s the updated price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders in major cities:
- Delhi: ₹1,762
- Hyderabad: ₹1,985
- Chennai: ₹1,921
- Kolkata: ₹1,868
- Mumbai: ₹1,713
No Change in Domestic LPG Cylinder Prices
Despite the price cut for commercial LPG cylinders, oil companies confirmed that there has been no change in the price of domestic 14.2 kg LPG cylinders, which remains at ₹855. This brings relief to households, as the cost of cooking gas remains stable.
