During the meeting, the GHMC Commissioner interacted with 18 Group-I trainee Municipal Commissioners who have been given responsibility to oversee sanitation activities.
Key instructions given to the trainees include:
- Be present in the field by 5:30 AM
- Supervise sanitation activities in assigned areas
- Monitor ground-level work closely
- Coordinate with sanitation staff and supervisors

Data Collection on Sanitation Workers and Vehicles
The six-day sanitation monitoring programme in Hyderabad will also involve collecting detailed data about sanitation resources.
Trainees were instructed to record information including:
- Number of sanitation workers deployed
- Number of supervisors on duty
- Attendance of sanitation staff
- Sanitation vehicles in operation
- SAT vehicles and Ramky vehicles used for cleaning activities
The collected information will help GHMC assess sanitation efficiency and improve services across the city.
Daily Reports and Evening Review Meetings
To ensure proper monitoring of the six-day sanitation drive in Hyderabad, trainees must submit daily reports.
Key reporting requirements include:
