High Court Permitted to Reopen Residential Schools

The verdict gave permission to the State government to amend the previous orders to open the Residential Educational Institutions.

Hyderabad: The High Court of Telangana bench of the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma has given permission to open Residential Educational Institutions in the State.

It may be recalled that the State government has asked the High Court in its interim petition to lift the stay on the Residential Educational Institutions as the High Court had earlier issued interim orders not to open the Residential Educational Institutions.

The Advocate General Prasad brought to the attention of the Court that the rest of the schools in the state are currently running following Covid protocols and the government is taking precautions in educational Institutions.

The verdict gave permission to the State government to amend the previous orders to open the Residential Educational Institutions.
