- No permission for DJs during celebrations
- Vehicles creating nuisance will be seized

As Ramadan coincides with Holi, police stressed the need to avoid disturbance to prayers.

- Liquor shops, toddy compounds, and bars & restaurants will remain closed from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on March 3
