Hyderabad: Left parties to hold protest against Israel’s atrocities
The leaders of various Left parties of the State, including CPI and CPM today announced that they would hold a protest at RTC crossroads in Hyderabad, condemning the massacre of the Palestinian citizens by Israel.

“Over the past few months, Israel has been carrying out its most inhuman attacks on the Gaza and Rafah regions of Palestine. Air and rocket attacks are being carried out with a conspiracy to kill the Palestinian nation. More than 36,000 people were killed in these attacks.”
“At least 45 children, elderly people and women were burnt alive in a recent Israeli attack on a temporary refugee camp in the Rafah region of Palestine.”
“Despite the International Court of Justice’s orders to stop the attacks immediately, Israel continues to refrain from halting the attacks,” CPI (M) leader Tammineni Veerabhadram, CPI leader Koonamneni Sambasiva Rao, CPI (ML) leader Potu Ranga Rao, CPIML (New Democracy) leaders K Govardhan and Vemulapalli Venkataramaiah and MCPI (U) leader Gaddagoni Ravi and others said in a joint statement released on the occasion.
They also said the protest program was being held against Israel’s atrocities on Palestine and demanding that the ceasefire be implemented immediately. They said the Modi government should stop arms supplies and military ties with Israel immediately.
