1. Al-Aqar Abdurabu Mohammed Abdurabu
- Age: 37 years
- Nationality: Yemen
- Residence: Tolichowki, Hyderabad
Police said the accused first came to India in 2008 on a tourist visa and later returned on a student visa, enrolling in various educational institutions in Pune and Hyderabad but discontinuing his studies.
Investigators revealed that he later came into contact with drug suppliers and gradually became involved in drug peddling.
Previous Criminal Cases
Police records show that the accused was previously involved in multiple NDPS cases registered in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, including:
- Ameerpet Excise Station cases (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)
- Another NDPS case registered in 2023
- Recent NDPS case in Tolichowki Police Station in 2026
In several cases, he was arrested or absconding, and warrants were issued against him.
Palestinian National Linked to Drug Network
2. Hasan W. A. Hashem
- Age: 28 years
- Nationality: Palestine
- Residence: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Occupation: Ludo game content creator
According to police, Hasan first arrived in India in 2016 on a student visa and pursued studies in Bengaluru.
During the COVID period, he returned to his country and later re-entered India in 2022 on a business visa.
Previous Arrest
Police said Hasan was previously arrested in November 2022 by Yelahanka New Town Police in Bengaluru, where 300 grams of MDMA was seized.
During his imprisonment, he allegedly developed contacts with international drug traffickers, including the Yemen national arrested in the Hyderabad case.
How the Drug Network Operated
Investigators revealed that both accused re-established contact through social media platforms and allegedly resumed drug trafficking operations.
Police believe the accused:
- Coordinated drug transactions online
- Provided shelter to associates involved in trafficking
- Used bank accounts for financial transactions related to drug sales
Authorities suspect the network may have links to larger interstate and international narcotics operations.
