HYDRAA Clears Encroachments, Fences 6 Guntas of Land Allotted for Chaitanyapuri Police Station in Ranga Reddy

HYDRAA removed encroachments and fenced 6 guntas of government land allotted for the Chaitanyapuri Police Station in Kothapet village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

Hyderabad: HYDRAA has protected 6 guntas of government land allotted for the Chaitanyapuri Police Station by removing encroachments and erecting fencing in Survey Nos. 135 and 136 of Kothapet village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy district. Acting on a request from the Police Department, HYDRAA demolished illegally constructed sheds on encroached government land, fenced the entire site to prevent fresh encroachments, and installed signboards identifying it as land reserved for the police station.

HYDRAA Protects Land Allotted for Chaitanyapuri Police Station

The land allotted for the proposed Chaitanyapuri Police Station is located in:

  • Village: Kothapet
  • Mandal: Uppal
  • District: Ranga Reddy
  • Survey Numbers: 135 and 136

A total of 6 guntas was earmarked for the police station, including:

  • 4 guntas in Survey No. 135
  • 2 guntas in Survey No. 136

Encroachments Removed After Police Department Request

According to the press note, 4 guntas of government land in Survey No. 135 had been encroached upon by some persons, who allegedly constructed sheds on the property.

The Police Department requested HYDRAA to remove the encroachments and protect the land allotted for the police station.

Following the request, HYDRAA officials conducted a field inspection and confirmed the encroachments.

HYDRAA Demolishes Illegal Sheds and Installs Fencing

On Wednesday, HYDRAA teams carried out an operation to remove the illegally constructed sheds from the encroached land.

To prevent fresh encroachments, HYDRAA:

  • Erected fencing around the entire 6 guntas in Survey Nos. 135 and 136.
  • Installed signboards stating that the land has been allotted for the Chaitanyapuri Police Station.

The fencing was put in place to safeguard the government land from future encroachments.

HYDRAA has secured the 6 guntas of land allotted for the Chaitanyapuri Police Station in Kothapet village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, by removing encroachments, demolishing illegal sheds, erecting fencing and installing signboards. The action was taken following a request from the Police Department after officials confirmed encroachments during a field inspection.
