Incor Reaffirms Commitment to Lake City Buyers; Announces Structured Customer Engagement to Accelerate Delivery

Realty developer Incor has reiterated its commitment to completing the Lake City project, while announcing a structured customer engagement initiative aimed at improving transparency and accelerating delivery.

Hyderabad: Realty developer Incor has reiterated its commitment to completing the Lake City project, while announcing a structured customer engagement initiative aimed at improving transparency and accelerating delivery.

In a meeting held with homebuyers, the company acknowledged delays in the project and the inconvenience caused to customers. It, however, assured that Lake City remains a priority, with resources, capital, and execution efforts fully aligned towards its completion.

Providing an update on progress, Incor said that Towers A and B are structurally complete, with Tower A nearing handover. The developer also emphasised that all funds collected from buyers have been reinvested into the project, with no diversion.

To address concerns around communication and trust, the company announced the formation of a Joint Customer–Builder Committee. The platform is designed to enable regular interaction between the developer and buyers, offering structured updates, independent quality checks, and clearly defined construction milestones.

Incor attributed project delays to multiple external factors, including pandemic-related disruptions, regulatory challenges, shifting market conditions, and the impact of misinformation on buyer sentiment and sales. Despite these challenges, the company maintained that its long-term vision for the project remains unchanged.

The developer urged customers to actively participate in the newly formed committee, stating that collaborative engagement and transparent communication would play a crucial role in expediting the project’s completion.

Describing Lake City as a long-term vision of a lakeside township, the company expressed confidence in delivering both the project and the expectations associated with it.

A company spokesperson said the firm recognises the impact of delays on customers and is committed to honouring its promise by strengthening transparency and working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
