Hyderabad: In a thrilling display of skill and teamwork, the Indian Netball Team emerged triumphant at the INDO-NEPAL Mixed Netball Championship held in Pokhara, Nepal.
The championship, spanning from November 7th to 9th, witnessed intense competition among teams from the two neighboring nations.
Representing India were four exceptional players, with three hailing from Telangana. S. Balaraju and S. Veda Vyas from Hyderabad, D. Gopi from Medchal District, and D. Navya from Nizamabad showcased their prowess on the court, contributing significantly to India’s success.
Behind the scenes, the Indian team was under the expert guidance of Chief Coach Dr. S. Someshwar Rao, a distinguished figure from Hyderabad. His strategic insight and coaching prowess played a pivotal role in steering the team towards victory.
