Job openings for Guest Lecturers in Diet College Nizamabad

Diet College Nizamabad Nagaram is inviting applications from freshers and retired lecturers for the appointment of 5 guest lecturers in Urdu, 9 in Telugu, and 9 in English medium.

On June 21, the eligibility criteria for the appointment of guest lecturers on a contract basis were announced. The college is seeking applications from freshers/retired lecturers in Telugu, English (9 positions), and Urdu medium (5 positions).

According to the District Educational Officer, Durga Prasad, eligible candidates who have completed their MA, MSc, or MD in relevant subjects can submit their applications to the Government Diet College Nizamabad by June 30. The selection of candidates will be based on merit interviews and demos.

Selected lecturers will be appointed for the duration of the academic year and will receive a monthly salary of 18,000 rupees. The teaching subjects include Philosophy/Sociology (1 position), Science and Pediatrics (1 position), Maths and Pediatrics (1 position), Social Science and Pediatrics (1 position), and Urdu (1 position). For Telugu and English medium, the subjects include Philosophy, Sociology (1 position), Psychology (1 position), Science and Pathology (1 position), Maths and Pathology (2 positions), Social Science and Pathology (1 position), Telugu (1 position), Health and Physical Education (1 position).

It is worth noting that a delegation from the Muslim Students Organization, including Muhammad Shaheer Ahmed, Nawaz Raza, Sheikh Imran, Sheikh Ghaffar, and Safian, visited the Diet College on June 13 to address the issues faced by the students. They have informed the State Education Minister, Sabita Indra Reddy, other ministers, and district officials about the challenges arising from the lack of appointed lecturers for vacant positions and the absence of permanent lecturers.

In response to the effective and successful representation by MSO Nizamabad, the District Educational Officer, Durga Prasad, took note of the situation during his inspection of the Diet College. As a result, the government has now invited applications for the appointment of guest lecturers.
