KCR and KTR Extend Greetings on International Women’s Day

Hyderabad: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) extended his greetings to women across the world on the occasion of International Women’s Day, praising their vital role in the development of society and the nation.
In his message on Sunday, KCR described women as the creators of social wealth and said that their contribution is indispensable for the progress of families, society, and the country. KCR also appreciated the key role played by women in the Telangana statehood movement and in the development of the state after its formation. Referring to the various welfare and empowerment programs implemented during the ten-year rule of the BRS government, he said that governments must continue to work consistently to strengthen and empower women.
On the same occasion, BRS Working President K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) also highlighted the importance of respecting women. He remarked that the day society truly accepts that women are equal human beings—deserving the same dignity and respect as everyone else—the world will become a much better place.
KTR appealed to every man to pledge to become a better human being so that women do not have to struggle for their basic rights. He expressed his best wishes for women to grow stronger and achieve success in every sphere of life.
