No decision on jamili elections by Central Govt, clarifies Kishan Reddy

Talking to the media here, he stated that there is no reason for his party to align with parties that have affiliations with the Majlis parties.

Hyderabad: Union Tourism & Culture and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy on Thursday clarified that the Central government has not taken any decision regarding Jamili elections, and there is no such proposal.

Talking to the media here, he stated that there is no reason for his party to align with parties that have affiliations with the Majlis parties.

Kishan Reddy remarked, “Let the Congress party hold their daily meetings in Hyderabad. Let Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi stay in Hyderabad. We have no objection, and we are not concerned with their meetings. We also have no connection with the list of BJP candidates circulating on social media; it’s all fake.”

He asserted that after his government comes to power, they will thoroughly investigate land scams in the state. While there is discussion on winning elections in Telangana, there is a lack of constructive discussion elsewhere. Kishan Reddy emphasized that their focus is on the upcoming Telangana elections, not on deceiving anyone or deciding who should be included in the party.

Regarding the alliance between TDP and Jana Sena, Kishan Reddy stated that it is a matter related to Andhra Pradesh, and the state BJP and the central party would be aware of it, but it’s not their concern.

When asked about the issuance of notices to Kavitha, he clarified that Delhi Liquor Scam is not within their purview. Kishan Reddy stressed that their fight is against the various scandals occurring in Telangana, including those related to land, sand, and the Dharani portal.

Regarding the arrest of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Kishan Reddy expressed that Naidu should have been contacted and spoken to before his arrest, and the government should have exercised restraint.

Kishan Reddy also mentioned that the BJP had celebrated September 17 liberation in the past, and they are continuing the tradition this year.

He noted that the Congress and BRS parties, which he referred to as puppets in the hands of the Majlis, have not celebrated it for the past 75 years, but now they are going to hold meetings. He said that Congress and BRS parties will indeed meet, but it is not right to spread false propaganda against the BJP.
