Osmania University mens Football Team finished with 3rd place in the south east zone inter University Football Championship Organized by Woxsen University Hyderabad, Telangana from 4th to 10th January 2026 .

In the knock out quarter final stage Osmania University team thrashed Swami vivekanand Technical University Chattisgarh by 8-0.goals .

In the semifinal Round Robin league
In the First League match Osmania University team defeted PT Ravishanker Shukla University, Chattisgarh by 6-3 goals.

In 2nd League match Osmania University lost to Yenepoya University Manglore Karnataka by 1-5 goals.

In the 3rd Match Osmania University drew against Hemachand Yadav Vishwavidayala University Chattisgarh by 0-0 goals.

First place Yenepoya University Manglore . With 9 points.

2nd place goes to Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidayala University Chattisgarh by 4 points.

3rd place goes to Osmania University Hyderabad with 4 points.

4th place goes to PT Ravi Shanker Shukla University with 0 points.
All these 4 teams Qualified for the All india inter University Football Championship 2025-26 commensing from 30th January to 8th February 2026 at Kolkata, West Bengal.
