Hyderabad: In order to build trust among the public and prevent the influx of crimes, the cops of old city area of Kala Pathar Police Station in Hyderabad conducted a house-to-house search operation last night.
The police conducted searches of approximately 250 premises in the jurisdiction of Deputy Commissioner of Police South Zone, Saifabad.
The police registered cases of improper number plates or reversed number plates on vehicles.
The police also issued warnings to local history-sheeters involved in criminal activities.
They requested the public to inform them about any anti-social activities taking place in the area.
The police confiscated around 40 vehicles that did not have proper documentation.
