Hyderabad: An eight-year-old boy was injured after being attacked by stray dogs in Harinagar under the Allapur division on Friday, triggering concern among local residents over rising canine attacks in the area.

According to locals, the boy, identified as Sukrit, had returned home from school and was playing on the street near his house when a pack of stray dogs began chasing him. As he tried to run inside his home in fear, the dogs allegedly followed him and bit him.
