Tameer-e-Millat’s 74th Jalsa-e-Rahmatul Lil Aalameen to be held tomorrow

Hyderabad: On the auspicious occasion of the 74th Jalsa e Rahmatul Lil Aalameen, organized by the All India Majlis Tameer-e-Millat,  Mohammad Saif-ul-Rahim Qureshi announced that the event will take place on 8 Rabi-ul-Awwal, Sunday, at the Exhibition Ground, commencing at 9:00 am.

The proceedings will be overseen by Muhammad Ziauddin Nayyar, President Majlis Tameer-e-Millat. Distinguished speakers include Maulana Ubaidullah Khan Azmi, former Member of Parliament, and Maulana Mehdi Hasan Aini Qasmi, Director of India Islamic Academy, Deoband. Additionally, scholars and local speakers will share their insights.

Notably, due to the Ganesh festival coinciding with the 12th of Rabi’ul Awwal this year, there is a slight alteration in the schedule. The Jalsa e Rahmatul Lil Aalameen will now be held on the 24th of September, corresponding to the 8th of Rabi’ul Awwal. The Jalsa Yaum-e-Sahaba is set for Saturday, 21st of October, at Chanchalguda Junior College ground, starting at midnight.

The program will commence with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Qari Muhammad Abdul Wasey Bilal and Naat Sharif by Qari Muhammad Tayyab Pasha Qadri, Syed Shahnawaz Hashmi, and Ansar Ahmed Khan. Mohammad Abdul Rafi (Maharashtra) will present Kalam-e-Iqbal. Abdul Qadir will deliver the welcome speech. There will also be the ceremonial release of the souvenir.

Azizur Rahman, the translator of the Holy Quran and Bukhari Sharif, will address the audience in Telugu. Maulana Ahsan Bin Muhammad Al Hamoomi, Maulana Mufti Khalil Ahmad Shaikh Al Jamia Jamia Nizamia, Guest speakers Maulana Ubaidullah Khan Azmi and Maulana Mehdi Hassan Aini Qasmi will share their insights.

Following a prayer by Maulana Mufti Syed Sadiq Mohiuddin Naqshbandi Faheem and thanks by Muhammad Saif-ur-Rahim Qureshi, the meeting will conclude with Sajid Arif Rauf’s Salam. Zuhr prayer will be offered in congregation, and Hafiz Waqari Muhammad Abdul Jabbar will give the call to prayer.

For the convenience of women attendees, there will be a separate arrangement in place. The organizers extend their heartfelt invitation to the residents of Hyderabad and its districts, especially the young students, to participate in these significant gatherings to express their love for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
